Survived by son, Gary; brothers, Kenneth, Allen and Harold; sister, Faustina; two grandchildren. Visitation 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Borthwick

CONSTANTINO "C" "TANTE" C. ZAPATA, 97, of Waipahu, died Nov. 26 2001. Born in Abra Lagayan, Philippines. A licensed practical nurse for the mentally disabled retired from Waimano Training Center and Hospital. Survived by wife, Leocadia; seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Marie Coleman. PATRICK JOHN ZARKO, 69, of Las Vegas, Nev., died Nov. 8, 2001. Born in Honolulu. A truck driver retired from Ameron Hawaii (HC&D). Survived by wife, Cathlen; sons, Christopher and Patrick; daughters, Donelle and Lisa; brother, Louis; sisters, Susan Pine and Matilda Lee; five grandchildren. BRETT EDWARD ZERVIC, 46, of Las Vegas, formerly of Hawai'i, died Sept. 19, 2001. Born in Milwaukee, Wis. Survived by companion, Dee Haley; daughter, Jena Hoyle; mother, Sophie; sisters, Linda Maher, Maureen Benz and Debra. Service Saturday in Las Vegas. HENRY A. ZUBERANO, 96, of Honolulu, died Jan. 5, 2001. Served in Naval Intelligence throughout the Pacific during World War II. Supporter of Hawaii Theater Center, among other local organizations, and a much-honored supporter of the Roman Catholic Church. Survived by nephews, Lee Allen and David Allen. Frank P. Zubick Jr., 73, of Pearl City, a photographer, cameraman and chief electrician for the Neal Blaisdell Center, died Thursday Dec 6, 2001. He was born in Butte, Mont.
