MICHIYO NAKAMURA UYENOYAMA also known as THE REVEREND CHISHUN UYENOYAMA, 81, of Torrance, Calif., formerly of Hilo, Hawai'i, has died. She was born in 1919 in Kurtistown and attended Hilo Business College. She was active in Hilo Boys Club and coached Little League Baseball.  Uyenoyama established a bride school for Japanese women marrying American servicemen and organized a Red Cross program for Amerasian orphans.  In 1989, she went to Japan to study Buddhism and in 1991 was ordained a Buddhist minister.  Organized a Red Cross program for Amerasian orphans.
